Cancellation of your order is possible under the following circumstances:

1) Before the completion of the on-line ordering process you can use the “back” tab to remove any orders from your shopping cart by clicking on the  “remove” button.

2) Within 10 days of completing your online order and provided that a sample has not been sent to Locus Medicus laboratories for testing, you may contact us via email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or through our call center at (+30) 210 6544 444 during business days and hours explaining why you wish to cancel your order. After canceling the test, your money will be refunded to the same bank account through which the electronic order was made in the first place after deduction of shipping and handling costs.

You are not entitled to a refund after your sample has been received by Locus Medicus and processing has already begun.

In case of non-completion of the ordered examination or service through fault of Locus Medicus, you are entitled to full refund of the amount paid for the service without withholding of any shipping and handling fees.

If the biological sample is not sent in accordance to the instructions and specifications provided to you by Locus Medicus and therefore deemed unsuitable for processing, your order will be automatically canceled and you will be informed about that through e-email. In this case, your payment will be refunded to the same bank account through which the electronic order was made in the first place after deduction of shipping and handling costs.
