You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or through our call center at (+30) 210 6544 444 during business days and hours explaining why you wish to cancel your order. After canceling the test, your money will be refunded to the same bank account through which the electronic order was made in the first place after deduction of shipping and handling costs.

A refund of your order is possible under the following circumstances:

If you wish to cancel your order after 30 days have passed from the date your order was placed, you can do so by contacting us via email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or through our call center at (+30) 210 6544 444 during business days and hours explaining why you wish to cancel your order. We will not be able to refund you, but we can credit you with the equivalent value of your purchase which can be used for future testing for yourself or someone else you indicate.

In case of non-completion of the ordered examination or service through fault of Locus Medicus, you are entitled to full refund of the amount paid for the service without withholding any shipping and handling fees.

If the biological sample is not sent in accordance to the instructions and specifications provided to you by Locus Medicus and therefore deemed unsuitable for processing, your order will be automatically canceled and you will be informed about that through e-email. In this case, your payment if requested can be refunded to the same bank account through which the electronic order was made in the first place after deduction of shipping and handling costs. Otherwise, you may request for another kit to be dispatched to you for sample collection and proceed with your order.

You are not entitled to a refund after your sample has been received by Locus Medicus and processing has already begun.
